Triple distilled and matured in new american oak barrels, this exemplary release is finished in Pinot Noir French Oak casks from California’s famed Sonoma-Cutrer Winery to add a huge depth of fruity flavour to the finished whiskey. These barrels had held three vintages of this Burgundian-style Pinot Noir, which were brimming with cherry, raspberry and blackberry fruit character.
