All payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.

2. Currency

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and delivery fees are added at checkout.

3. Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize 535 Liquor and its payment processor to charge the total order amount, including taxes and delivery, to the payment method provided.

4. Billing Process and Confirmation

• Orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
• You will receive an order confirmation email; this is an acknowledgment, not a guarantee of product availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock issues or suspected fraud; refunds are issued promptly.
• Invoices are available upon request.
