Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing 535 Liquor. This policy explains how we get your order to you. Because we are a Florida-licensed retail alcoholic-beverage seller (Retail Beverage License No. BEV5902586), our delivery options are limited to what Florida law and our license allow.

1. What We Offer

  • In-store pickup at 3260 Vineland Rd, Ste 104, Kissimmee, FL 34746
  • Local delivery within Osceola County, Florida
  • Statewide Florida shipping where permitted by Florida law and our license

2. Who Can Receive an Order

All deliveries must be received in person by someone at least 21 years of age, with a valid government-issued photo ID. We do not leave alcohol at the door. If no eligible recipient is available, the carrier will return the package and we will contact you to arrange a re-attempt.

3. Fees

  • In-store pickup: free
  • Local delivery (Osceola County): $9.95 per order; free on orders over $150
  • Florida shipping (where permitted): $19.95 per order; free on orders over $250
  • Shipping to other states has a flat rate of $35.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Order Cutoff and Processing

  • Order cutoff: 5:00 PM Eastern, daily.
  • Handling time: 0–1 business day.
  • Local delivery: 1–2 business days from order.
  • Florida shipping (where permitted): 2–4 business days from order.

5. Carriers

Local deliveries are handled by our own staff. Florida shipments are handled by FedEx, UPS, or licensed alcohol carriers. All packages are marked Adult Signature Required.

6. Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with carrier tracking once your order leaves our store.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate. 535 Liquor is not liable for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Returned shipments due to address issues are subject to reshipping fees.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is returned undeliverable, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s reported delivery attempt at

Include your order number and, for damage, photos of the package and the bottle. We will assist with a replacement or refund as applicable.

9. Allocated and Limited-Release Bottles

Allocated bottles (including Pappy Van Winkle, Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, and other rare releases) are not available for online purchase, shipping, or hold. Distribution to retailers is controlled by the manufacturer in very small quantities. Please call the store at

10. Legal Compliance

By placing an order you confirm that (a) you are 21 years of age or older, (b) the recipient is 21 or older, and (c) the delivery address is in a Florida location our license authorizes us to serve. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable shipping restrictions or age-verification requirements.
